At SRC we have created a safe, respectful, social and inclusive community for women runners in Cardiff. We’ve developed this code of conduct for our members to help us continue to achieve this for our community:
- Members should treat one another with respect and dignity, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued
- No discriminatory behaviour, abuse, harassment or bullying will be tolerated
- Your safety, health and welfare is our priority; we ask that you are fit and well before you take part in our runs
- Members are expected to behave responsibly and kindly towards others, and members of the public sharing our routes and paths
- Always ensure you have suitable footwear, clothing and any other mandatory kit required for the run you are partaking in. We encourage runners of all paces and speeds but do ask that you can cover the distance of the run
- Ensure any comments or posts on SRC social media are respectful, appropriate and supportive
